Welcome to AchieveAims! Thanks for using our platform operated by and proprietary to Euler's Identity, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we treat your information.

By visiting, accessing, or using AchieveAims, you consent to the policies and practices described in this Privacy Policy. If any policies or practices are unacceptable to you, please do not visit, access, or use our services.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We'll notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this policy. It's your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.

Information We Collect

Account Information

Information that you provide when registering, such as your name, email address, and password. Passwords are stored as hashes. The app offers optional encryption for supported goal content. Unencrypted goals are accessible to our service so it can provide the features you use; enabling encryption changes which integrations can access that content.

Profile Information

Information you provide in your user profile, such as your name, photo, and any other information you choose to include.

Usage Data

Information about how you use our service, including your goal progress, practice history, and other activities within the application.

Device Information

Information that is automatically collected about your device (such as hardware, operating system, browser, etc.).

Location Information

Information that is automatically collected via analytics systems to determine your location, including your IP address and/or domain name and any external page that referred you to us.

Payment Information

If you make a purchase, we collect payment information through our payment processor. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.

AI vision images and daily check-ins

When you choose to generate a vision image, the editable prompt shown in the app is sent to OpenRouter and its image provider. Remove any details you do not want to send before generating. Encrypted goals cannot use this feature. Generated images and prompts are stored in your account; new generated image URLs require your signed-in session. Unsaved preview images expire after seven days. Previously uploaded images may use externally hosted URLs.

Daily check-in reflections are private account content. Agent connections do not receive access to these reflections or permission to generate or purchase images. We store generation status, credit usage and provider cost to prevent duplicate charges and restore credits when generation fails.

How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used to provide you with the best experience possible, protect you from risks related to improper use and fraud, and help us maintain and improve AchieveAims.

We may use your information to:

Provide you with our services, including customer support
Optimize and enhance our services for all users
Conduct anti-fraud and identity verification checks
Monitor usage of our services and conduct security checks
Create aggregated and anonymized reporting data

Communicate with you about your account or transactions
Send you information about features and enhancements
Process your payments and refunds
Handle disputes and troubleshoot problems

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information with trusted and contracted third-party service providers who help us operate our platform and systems, and detect fraud and security threats throughout the normal course of our business. Such third-party service providers are subject to strict confidentiality obligations.

AchieveAims will never sell or rent your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent.

We may be compelled to share information with law enforcement, government officials, and regulators when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information of a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible.

International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information, including personal information, to the United States and process it there.

Direct Marketing

Subject to applicable laws and regulations, we may from time to time send direct marketing materials promoting services, products, facilities, or activities to you using information collected from you.

An opt-out channel will be provided to enable you to exercise your right to opt out of such direct marketing. We will not provide your information to third parties for direct marketing or other unrelated purposes without your written consent.

Our service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Agent connections

If you create an agent connection, the holder of its key can read the unencrypted goals you select and their workspaces. If you enable writing, it can update work items, evidence, blockers, success criteria, and handoffs. Workspace activity records the connection name. Keys expire and can be revoked from Agent connections.

Idea sharing is a separate optional permission. If enabled when creating a connection, it allows reading your unlinked ideas and ideas attached to the selected, currently owned, unencrypted goals, including future ideas in that scope. It does not allow changing ideas. Ideas linked to other goals or encrypted goals are excluded. Existing connections do not gain idea access automatically.

Your external agent provider may process or retain the information you share under its own policies. Revoking a key prevents future access through that key; it cannot remove copies already retrieved. Agent credentials do not grant access to billing, account settings, or your private scratchpad.
