Agents and the owner share goal-linked work items, success criteria, blockers,
evidence, and durable handoffs. Read-only access is the default. Agents cannot
access account settings, billing, or private scratchpad content. Work completion
is a report with evidence for the owner to review. The app does not host agent
execution; an external agent uses the authorized API or MCP bridge.
